About the game
Chess in a fairytale garden, with copper and gold pieces on a board you can turn to see from any side. Your job is the usual one: move, capture, and put the other king in checkmate. The computer runs Stockfish and comes in Easy, Medium, and Hard, and you can switch that setting before or during a solo match.
For a human opponent, tap Play a Friend, create a private room, and pass the code along. No login is needed, and a room vanishes once everyone has left. Stuck for a move? The lightbulb suggests the engine's pick, up to three times per game with a short cooldown, and in solo play it asks for a short ad.
How to play
- Tap a piece, then tap a glowing square to move it. Dots mark the moves you're allowed to make.
- Land on an enemy square to capture that piece. Checkmate the opposing king to win.
- Drag to spin the camera around the board, and pinch or scroll to zoom.
- The lightbulb gives a hint (three per game); the gear icon changes difficulty, toggles move hints, or mutes audio.
