Contacting the Poki team happens by email only, at [email protected]. That's the sole route in. Phone support doesn't exist here, so there's no hotline to call.

Topics for your message

• A game that won't work: name the game and describe the problem. A level that won't load, a button that does nothing, a black screen. If possible, include your browser or phone.
• Suggesting a game: tell us the title of a browser game you feel fits here, plus one sentence on why your friends would enjoy it.
• A rights matter: developers or rights holders who want a game credited or taken down should write from a work address and state the game's name.

Be brief and precise. Sorting one email per topic is simpler for us than five separate ones.

How long a reply takes

Everything gets read, though answers usually take around a week. When a game is seriously broken, a short message naming it helps us repair it sooner. Thanks for writing to us.
