Terms of Use

This page explains the rules for using pokivn.com and its free browser games. Continuing to use the site means you accept these rules. Should you disagree with them, please stop browsing.

Free for personal play

All games on Pokivn cost nothing to play. You can visit the site and play on your own — at home, in school or on a work break. No payment is required, and no account is needed before you start a game.

Selling access to the games, copying the site to run your own version, or putting the games inside a paid product is not allowed. Personal play only.

Games stay with their developers

Other people make the games on Pokivn. Each developer holds the rights to their game, including its art, its music and its name. We host and link out to those games for browser play. Nothing on this page makes you the owner of a game or lets you reuse its parts.

We cannot promise each game runs on any device

We work to keep the site available, yet no guarantee exists that each game will load or play well on any phone, tablet or computer. Browsers, screen sizes and connection speeds vary. A developer may also update a game, so it can behave differently than before. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

No cheating, no abuse

Play fair. Do not use bots, scripts or modified clients to cheat in games, and do not attack the site, overload it, or try to reach parts you should not access. Do not upload or post harmful code. Do not harass other players in games that have chat or sharing features. If someone abuses the site, we may block their access.

External game content comes from third parties

Some games load from outside services run by other people. That content is not under our control, and we are not responsible for it. If a third-party game changes, stops working or shows something unexpected, that is beyond our control. Let us know and we will take a look.

Games and the site may change or be removed

We add games, rearrange them and sometimes take them down. A game you liked may vanish because its developer removed it or because it no longer fits the site. Pokivn's layout and features may also change over time. You are not owed a particular game or a particular version of the site.
