Chess Tactics

About the game

You control a single king with real firepower, locked in a chamber full of hostile chess pieces. Clear them all and you move on to the next chamber, which is harder than the last. Every run can go a different way, because clearing chambers gives you upgrades and unlocks new weapons.

Everything is turn-based, so you can stop and think. Each step, shot and reload uses up a turn, which means ammo and positioning matter as much as aim. Guess where the enemy will strike next, and stay alive through every floor to win.

How to play

  • Click or tap a highlighted square to move, or use WASD or the arrow keys.
  • To fire, pick an enemy first to line up the shot, then click it a second time or hit Space. Press R to reload.
  • Press Shift to dash.
  • Every move, shot and reload costs one turn, so plan before you act.
